Pittsburgh Penguins rookie goaltender Arturs Silovs is scheduled to start Game 5 of a first-round playoff series against the Philadelphia Flyers at PPG Paints Arena on Monday.
Coach Dan Muse announced Silovs’ status following a morning skate in Cranberry.
Silovs made his postseason debut for the Penguins on Saturday in Game 5, a 3-2 win. He made 28 saves on 30 shots in the victory.
The Flyers lead the best-of-seven series, 3-1.

• The Flyers are expected to start goaltender Daniel Vladar. In four games this series, Vladar has a 3-1-0 record, a 1.76 goals-against average, a .926 save percentage and one shutout.
• The scheduled referees are Francis Charron (No. 6) and Jon McIsaac (No. 2), while the linespersons are Scott Cherrey (No. 50) and Kilian McNamara (No. 93). The standby officials are Furman South (No. 13) and Jesse Marquis (No. 86).
