Northern Regional Police said a man killed his wife and then himself Tuesday in Seven Fields.
Police were called to Graywyk Drive around 1:15 a.m., where they found a woman dead, according to TribLive news partner WTAE.
Police said the husband killed his wife and then exited the home and killed himself in the woods behind their house. His body was found nearby in Cranberry.
Pennsylvania State Police are working on the investigation.
