Teach the Constitution in schools, not the Ten Commandments. Otherwise, children will soon learn it’s OK to override “Thou Shalt Not Kill” to kill those who do not accept whosoever is considered the lord thy God, that God’s name or sabbath! Children will learn it is OK to covet and steal everything from those “violators.” No need to honor the fathers and mothers of our Constitution. OK to lie about everything in the name of “God.”
Have children learn from the early writings of America and its Founders how the absence of religious liberty in early America made it imperative to add Article VI, Section 3 into the Constitution: “No religious Test shall ever be required to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
I believe the Trump administration has abandoned the Constitution, the Founding Fathers, the Ten Commandments and God for false idols and lies about each.
