Goaltender Sergei Murashov made 31 saves on 33 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 4-2 win against the rival Hershey Bears in Game 1 of an Atlantic Division semifinal series at Mohegan Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Thursday.
Forwards Atley Calvert, Avery Hayes and Aidan McDonough, as well as defenseman Owen Pickering, all scored goals for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton while defenseman Alex Alexyev contributed two assists.
