CF Ronny Simon (.385) went 1 for 2 with two walks and three runs scored. SS Alika Williams (.337) went 1 for 4 with a double and an RBI. 1B Nick Cimillo (.222) went 2 for 4 with a run scored. RHP Noah Davis (3.69) started and gave up four runs on three hits and four walks in 3⅔ innings. LHP Nick Dombkowski (0-2, 8.10) followed and allowed four runs on four hits in 2⅔ innings to take the loss.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 7-17) split a doubleheader with Richmond (Giants).

In the first game, a 5-4 Altoona win, the Curve scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth. C Omar Alfonzo (.206) went 1 for 3 with a double and three RBIs. 1B Shawn Ross (.214) went 1 for 2 with a two-run homer, his fifth. LF Lonnie White Jr. (.500) went 1 for 2 with a run scored in his Double-A debut. 3B Jared Triolo (.385), on a rehab assignment, went 1 for 3 with a run scored. LHP Dominic Perachi (3.00) started and gave up two runs on seven hits in four innings. He struck out five. RHP Jaycob Deese (1-1, 3.86) allowed two runs on three hits in two innings to pick up the win. RHP Emmanuel Chapman (6.30) pitched a scoreless seventh for his second save.

Richmond won the second game 10-0, holding the Curve to six singles. CF Jesus Castillo (.306) went 2 for 4. 2B Keiner Delgado (.255) went 2 for 2 with a walk. RHP Noah Murdock (135.00) started and recorded one out, giving up five runs on two hits and two walks. RHP Joshua Loeschorn (3.46) pitched 2⅔ scoreless innings and LHP Cy Nielson (1.38) followed with two scoreless frames.

RHP Greiber Mendez (2-0, 4.61) allowed two runs on four hits in two innings to pick up the win. RHP Gavin Adams (5.59) threw a scoreless eighth and RHP Draven Zeigler (0.77) worked a scoreless ninth for his fifth save.
