The WPIAL softball playoff field is complete with 76 teams having punched their ticket for the upcoming district playoffs.
The top four teams in each section qualified for the postseason from Class 5A down. In 6A, the top six teams clinched a WPIAL playoff berth.
If there is a tie for the final playoff spot in any section, all of the tied teams advanced if they split their head-to-head meetings.
