ALTOONA (Double-A, 9-18) scored twice in the seventh for a 4-3 win over Chesapeake (Orioles). DH Shawn Ross (.234) went 1 for 3 with his sixth homer. LF Titus Dumitru (.195) went 2 for 4 with his fifth homer. C Derek Berg (.283) went 1 for 4 with a triple and two RBIs. RHP Peyton Stumbo (4.81) started and allowed one run, a solo homer, on three hits in four innings. RHP Noah Murdock (1-1, 27.00) gave up two runs on three hits, including a homer, in two innings but picked up the win. RHP Jaycob Deese (3.18) followed with two scoreless, no-hit innings and LHP Cy Nielson worked a scoreless ninth for his second save.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 17-11) outslugged Greenville (Red Sox), 11-9. 1B Tony Blanco Jr. (.194) went 1 for 3 with his third home run. C Easton Carmichael (.340) went 2 for 4 with a run scored and three RBIs. SS Wyatt Sanford (.290) went 2 for 4 with a walk, his 11th stolen base and three runs scored. CF Edward Florentino (.231) went 1 for 5 with an RBI. DH Axiel Plaz (.355) went 1 for 4 with an RBI. LF Ivan Brethowr (.333) went 1 for 3 with a walk, RBI and two runs scored. RHP Hung-Leng Chang (8.85) started and gave up five runs, three earned, on eight hits in four innings. LHP Connor Oliver (3-0, 1.57) allowed four runs, two earned, on five hits in 3⅓ innings to pick up the win. RHP Alexis Torres (2.25) pitched 1⅔ scoreless for his first save.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 15-13) won 3-2 over Dunedin (Blue Jays) on a home run by 2B Antonio Pimentel (.263) in the top of the ninth. CF Jhostynxon Garcia (.222) went 1 for 3 with the second homer of his rehab Dylan Palmer (.256) went 2 for 4 with an RBI. RHP Jeter Martinez (3.93) started and went five innings, allowing one run on four hits with six strikeouts and two walks. RHP Noah Takacs (1-3, 1.86) worked a scoreless eighth and ninth to earn the win.
