The three captains of the Quaker Valley girls soccer team — senior midfielder Ari Bosh, senior defender Emma Currier and junior F/M Annabel Miko were lauded as All-WPIAL selections following the 2025 season.
They also were named all-section along with QV juniors Eliza Rahm (M/D), Rowan Wallace (MF) and Maddie Gatehouse (MF), and sophomores Ava Hajok (GK) and Mia Duckstein (D).
Bosh, a four-year starter, recently made her college commitment, signing with West Liberty, a member of the Mountain East Conference. She plans to study dental hygiene.
West Liberty competes in the North Division along with Fairmont State, Frostburg State, Point Park and Wheeling. The South Division consists of West Virginia State, Concord, Charleston, Glenville State, West Virginia Wesleyan and Davis & Elkins.
“Anyone who knows Ari knows she belongs on the field,” said Maggie Behun, who coaches the QV girls team alongside Rachel Loudermilk. “Her passion and love for the game are truly something special. Ari was a central midfielder at QV, one of the best we have ever had. She really is something special.”
Loudermilk said Bosh is a “fierce competitor” who dominates action on the pitch.
“Ari is a fierce competitor, and I have never seen anyone control the ball quite like Ari,” she said. “West Liberty will be lucky to have her put on a Hilltoppers jersey.”
Bosh is a 5-foot-2 dynamo at the midfield position.
