Trib HSSN Pennsylvania high school baseball rankings for May 13, 2026

There were only three changes with teams dropping out of the weekly Trib HSSN state rankings as the safety net has been taken away.

We’re at a point with the district playoffs either starting or about to begin where losses not only drop teams from the Top 5, they also could end a season.

Hazleton and Downingtown West dropped from the 6A rankings while Freeport fell out in Class 3A.

They have been replaced by Coatesville, Williamsport and Bermudian Springs.

While they weren’t a lot of changes in the Top 5, there were at the top of the rankings.

Palmyra took over for Upper Moreland in Class 5A and Avonworth flip-flopped with Mt. Carmel for No. 1 in 3A.

The other top-ranked teams remain unchanged with LaSalle College in 6A, Northern Lebanon in 4A, Faith Christian in 2A and Southern Fulton in A still holding on to No. 1.
