Kole Glaister, who state police say sexually assaulted two teenage girls in Manor Township last summer, is currently being held in his home state of Massachusetts for separate charges, according to court documents.

Glaister, 23, was charged in March with indecent deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16 years old, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors, among other crimes.

But since then, his case has remained inactive.

That’s because Glaister is being held in the Worcester County House of Corrections, a little more than a hour west of Boston.

The Blackstone, Mass. resident was arrested on Dec. 27, 2025 after local police there said he punched a relative in an alcohol-related dispute.

Glaister was initially let out on bond, but Massachusetts officials revoked his bail soon after he was charged with the sex crimes in Pennsylvania.

Attorney T. Brent McCune represents Glaister for separate DUI charges out of Kittanning from October 2025, but he said he has not been retained for the more serious charges.

He said he expects Glaister to return to Pennsylvania at some point to face the sexual assault charges.

Attorney Richard Farrell, who represents Glaister in Massachusetts, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
