‘The Pitt’ bobbleheads figure to be a hit at PNC Park

The Pirates have partnered with HBO Max and Pittsburgh-based medical drama “The Pitt” to bring the hit show out of the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center and into the stands at PNC Park.

On July 25 — during the fifth annual Yinzerpalooza weekend in Pittsburgh at PNC Park — the first 20,000 fans through the gates to watch the Pirates take on the Chicago Cubs will receive a Dr. Robby bobblehead.

Dr. Robby, the Emmy Award-winning show’s main character, is played by Noah Wyle, who also serves as its executive producer.

But the new partnership will first spring up during the Pirates Healthcare Appreciation Series at PNC Park from May 28-31 as the Pirates play the Minnesota Twins.
