LR Billy Cooke (.313) went 1 for 3 with a walk, run scored, RBI and his first stolen base. RHP Thomas Harrington (6.56) started and went two innings, allowing three runs on four hits, including two homers. RHP Jarod Bayless (7.36) pitched two scoreless innings and LHP Brandon Neeck (1.93) worked a scoreless frame. RHP CarsonFulmer (2-1, 5.53) was touched up for five runs on six hits, including a homer, in 1⅓ innings to take the loss.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 19-26) beat Erie (Tigers), 8-6. 3B Duce Gourson (.225) went 2 for 3 with two doubles, two runs scored, a walk and an RBI. 1B Callan Moss (.253) went 2 for 4 with two RBIs and a run scored. CF Lonnie White Jr. (.284) went 1 for 3 with a double and run scored. DH Omar Alfonzo (.210) went 1 for 4 with a run scored and RBI. RF Will Taylor (.229) went 1 for 3 with a double and three RBIs. RHP Matt Ager (2.08) started and went four innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on three hits with four strikeouts and a walk. RHP Noah Murdock (2-1, 6.10) pitched two scoreless innings, allowing one hit, to earn the win. RHP Alessandro Ercolani (5.23) pitched 1 ⅔ scoreless innings and RHP Jake Shirk (10.66) got the final out for his first save.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 28-17) beat up Winston-Salem (White Sox), 11-4. 2B Yordany De Los Santos (.291) went 2 for 4 with a double, three-run homer, his fifth, and his eighth and ninth stolen bases. LF Jhonny Severino (.262) went 3 for 4 with three doubles, a run scored and two RBIs. SS Wyatt Sanford (.285) went 3 for 4 with a triple, a walk and two runs scored. 3B Murf Gray (.400) went 2 for 5 with a run scored and RBI. CF Edward Florentino (.231) went 1 for 2 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI. RHP Bryan Mena (1-4, 7.31) started and went five innings, allowing four runs on six hits, including two homers, but picked up the win. LHP Victor Cabreja (8.07) followed with two no-hit innings and RHP Kyle Larsen (4.21) finished it out with two scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out four.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 23-21) threw a rain-shortened no-hitter, beating Lakeland (Tigers), 3-1. RHP Levi Sterling (5.30) walked four and allowed an unearned run but struck out five and didn’t give up a hit in the five-inning game. SS Eddie Rydners (.150) went 1 for 1 with a three-run homer, his second. 3B Hyun Seung Lee (.500) went 2 for 3 with a double and run scored. 1B Richard Ramirez (.243) went 1 for 3 with a run scored. LF Josh Tate (.291) went 1 for 1 with two walks. The Marauders were scheduled to play a doubleheader, but the second game was canceled due to rain.
