West Virginia will begin its 2026 football season at noon Sept. 5 when it hosts Coastal Carolina at Milan Puskar Stadium, the university announced Wednesday.
The nonconference game will be broadcast on TNT and HBO Max.
Times and broadcast information were announced by the Big 12 Conference and its media partners for WVU’s first three games and the regular season finale Wednesday.
West Virginia will host UT-Martin at 1 p.m. Sept. 12, on ESPN .
The Mountaineers will then play Virginia in the Duke’s Mayo Classic in Charlotte on at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19, on the ACC Network.
In Week 4 on Sept. 26, West Virginia’s game against Oklahoma State at Milan Puskar Stadium will either be on Fox or FS1 at a time to be determined.
And the final regular season game at Utah on Friday, Nov. 27, will be at 9 p.m. on Fox.
