Toronto leads the best-of-seven series, 2-1.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton also got goals from forwards Atley Calvert, Tanner Howe and Ville Koivunen.
Goaltender Sergei Murashov made 36 saves on 39 shots, improving his postseason record to 7-5.
Penguins defenseman Owen Pickering returned to the lineup after missing three games due to an undisclosed injury.
