Teen in critical condition after being shot in Turtle Creek

A teenager was in critical condition after being shot Sunday evening in Turtle Creek, Allegheny County Police said.

Police were dispatched to the 400 block of James Street around 5:40 p.m., finding a teenage male with a gunshot wound. He was taken in critical condition to a local hospital.

County detectives are investigating.
