Jersey Mike’s has dethroned Chick-fil-A as America’s top-rated fast-food chain.
According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Jersey Mike’s earned the highest customer satisfaction score among quick-service restaurants, ending Chick-fil-A’s 11-year reign atop the rankings.
It’s the first time there’s been a rankings change in more than a decade, USA Today reported. Chick-fil-A was No. 1 for 11 years.
The ACSI’s Restaurant and Food Delivery Study rates major chain restaurants based on thousands of customer surveys. This year, 16,464 respondents dethroned Chick-fil-A.
Jersey Mike’s was chosen for its freshness, food variety and value, according to USA Today — earning a score of 84 out of 100.
However, the sandwich chain beat the popular chicken join by just one point.
In 2025, Jersey Mike’s added 238 net new locations and had $4.2 billion in sales, USA Today said.
