At least one person was critically injured in a multi-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Apollo.
Murrysville Medic One in a social media post said it responded to the Armstrong County crash along with first responders from Apollo and Oklahoma.
Rescue efforts took about two hours before at least one victim was extracted from a vehicle.
An undisclosed number of other victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions were unknown Sunday afternoon.
