Pittsburgh lit up the sky on the Fourth of July on Tuesday night with a Starfire fireworks show on the river near Point State Park.

The show started around 9:35 p.m. The city expected thousands of people to gather Downtown for the holiday.

Correction: An earlier version of this story listed a different fireworks company.
