Stefana F. Settino, of Lower Burrell, died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, in Villages of Harmar Assisted Living, Cheswick. She was born in Vandergrift, to the late Joseph E. and Helen E. Mazanek Guzolik and was a life long resident of the local area. Mrs. Settino was a member of Mount St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington, and worked as a registered nurse for Citizens Hospital, New Kensington. She was a member of the VFW Post 92 Ladies Auxiliary; Sr. Bowling League at Wildlife Lanes; Grosshoppers Golf League, Saxonburg; and was a former member of Willowbrook Country Club. She was and avid golfer and also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, reading, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her three children, Fred (Nancy) Settino of Murrysville, Joseph Settino of Vandergrift, and Denise Nida of Natrona Heights; grandchildren, Erin (Michael) Saville, Michael Kiley, Lindsay (Bryan) Spears, Mitch (Paige) Settino, Mason (Kelly) Settino, Allyson Settino, Vincent Settino, Christopher (Erin) Nida and Taylor (Dani) Patton; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Jerry (JoAnn) Guzolik. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick A. Settino; daughter, Michele Kiley; siblings, Helen Beck, Lucille Guzolik, Mary Erb, John Guzolik, Leona Gentile, Joseph Guzolik, and Edward Guzolik. Friends will be received Monday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., at THE RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Road at Alder St., where Prayers of Transfer will be said Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., followed by Christian Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., in Mount St. Peter Church. Interment will follow in Greenwood Mausoleum, Lower Burrell.
