Carol J. (Kuzmin) Bolen, 55, of Slickville, passed away peacefully Friday, Aug. 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Dec. 23, 1968, in Jeannette, a beloved daughter of Janet (Hullenbaugh) Kuzmin and the late George Kuzmin, Jr. Carol was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was employed as an administrative assistant by Sampson Morris Group. Carol was a member of Slickville Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her father, George Kuzmin, Jr. Carol will be sadly missed by her husband, Dre Bolen; son, Richard G. (Lindsey) Jenkins, of Apollo; daughter, Brittaniann Kuzmin of Slickville; and her girls, Brooke and Bre Bolen of Delmont; mother, Janet Kuzmin; sisters, Patti Barber (Alan), of Greensburg, Georgia Allwine (Randy), of also of Greensburg, and Brenda Borbonus (Bill), of Youngwood; two nieces, Shelby and Amber; three nephews, Michael, Matthew, and Randy; her favorite uncle, Arnie; and many friends. Carol was a proud grandmother to Grayson, whom she loved dearly. Respecting Carol's wishes, all arrangements will be private.
