Julie A. Geiger, 45, of Adamsburg (formerly of Paintertown), passed away Sept. 28, 2024, at her home. To know her was to love her. She was born on Jan. 2, 1979, in Pittsburgh, as the youngest of Walter and Polly Geiger. She graduated from Penn-Trafford High School in 1997. Julie was employed with AHN Premier Medical Associates-Imaging. Her past two and a half years were challenged by glioblastoma, which never dampened her kind spirit. Julie was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, (Walter); and her fiance's father, (John Varrati). She is survived by her fiance, Sean Varrati; mother, (Polly); siblings, Glenn, JoEllen (Kurt) Giesey, and Andrea (Chris/niece Rachel) Muti; and her nephew and niece, Andrew and Megan Giesey, who searched out every opportunity to spoil and support. She also left behind two broken-hearted Labs, Bennett and Kingston; along with Sean's siblings, John (Tammy) Varrati, Patricia (Trent) Varrati, James Cook, and Kathy (Dan) Osborne, and their children. A special thank you to her amazing medical team. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, Clay Pike, North Huntingdon. A service will be held at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
