Remembering Josiah On June 13, 2024, our beloved son Josiah James Pastories was killed in a MVA on the way to work. Josiah worked for Phillips Tank & Structure, where he was a field welder and had Federal and State clearances. On June 17, 2024 over 500 people came to celebrate Josiah's life. Our family will be thankful for all the love, gifts and amazing stories about Josiah. Our family would like to acknowledge Irwin First Assembly of God and Pastor's Cindy, Jeremy and Bill. We thank our church family for your love and continued support. Our family would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt appreciation to the Norwin Takedown Club(wrestling), Norwin Football Boosters and the Norwin teachers. The absence of Josiah is felt by each of us moment by moment and day by day. During these times our family has "The peace that surpasses all understanding." Philippians 4 vs. 7. Josiah accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We know Josiah is in heaven with God the Father, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit. If I were to ask you " Where are you going to spend your eternity? If this question takes you more than a second or two to respond, consider this Bible verse "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10 vs. 9. I encourage you to reach out to your Pastor or our Pastors if you need guidance or have questions.
