With the implantation of the On Mission for The Church Alive! initiative the parish grouping of Holy Angels Parish, Holy Apostles Parish and Saint Sylvester Parish was established by the Diocese of Pittsburgh on October 15, 2018. The parish grouping is part of the South Pittsburgh Deanery within the Diocese of Pittsburgh. We call our parish group “The Catholic Community of South Pittsburgh”.
