About
STEAM Carnival is made possible through the generous support of The Grable Foundation and the BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and a partnership with Two Bit Circus Foundation.
A three-day, all-ages event to celebrate the joys of STEAM learning and the creative communities of Pittsburgh!
STEAM Carnival, hosted at Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh campus, will be an opportunity for regional creatives of all ages to showcase cross-disciplinary work in science, technology, engineering, art, and math to be highlighted and honored in a way that inspires joy, creativity, and curiosity.
Through a playful and hands-on participatory environment, creatives and an inter-generational audience will engage with the work of their peers and near-peers, giving them a broader perspective on the possibilities of STEAM learning and creation.
With a focus on youth involvement, STEAM Carnival at the Children’s Museum will be a catalyst to uplift and empower the diverse and creative communities of Pittsburgh while sparking a future community of lifelong learners.
