About
A life in the orchards. A family business. That describes the youth of Dan Boyer & his family, owners of Ridgetop Orchards. The Boyer family - along with a staff of dedicated employees - have put a lifetime of learning, love & labor into the 450+ acres of fruit trees now known as Ridgetop Orchards. At Ridgetop, Dan, Lois, Seth & Mark continue the nurturing tradition of their cultural heritage - growing cherries, peaches and apples.
Ridgetop Orchards grows, packs & ships fruit for domestic and export sales. Cherries are picked in early summer and can be purchased fresh from the tree. The orchard’s many varieties of peaches and apples, along with specialty jams, preserves and salsas, are available for retail sale ‘on the porch’ and for gift shipping from mid to late summer through January. The packing facility & porch retail store is in Fishertown, PA - just off Route 56 - in historic Bedford County.
