My name is Larissa Russo and I am the founder of The Refillery x The Local Instead. The Refillery is a Woman + Minority Owned small business and was founded in April 2021. For the last 6 years, I worked as an engineer in a large corporate environment. Over the last year, like many others, I have reckoned with my lived values, consumption habits, and personal goals. In April, I resigned from my engineering position to pursue The Refillery and The Local Instead full time.
