John Michael Bialon, 59, of Latrobe, died Saturday, Mar. 16, 2024, in Pittsburgh. He was born May 16, 1964 in Ligonier. John was preceded in death by his father, George J. in 2010 and his mother, Anna L. in 2023. He is survived by his three brothers, James (Diane) Vucina of Latrobe, George Bialon of Latrobe, and David (Moneau) Bialon of Maineville, OH; and nephews and niece, Greg (Tiana) Vucina of Hempfield Township and Aaron and Lizzie Bialon of Maineville, OH; great-niece and great-nephew, Hannah and Gavin Vucina. John was a 1982 graduate of Greater Latrobe Senior High School and received his undergraduate degree from Saint Vincent College and a graduate degree from Duquesne University. He was employed by U.S. Steel and Latrobe Specialty Steel Company. John will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind soul who was always willing to help those who needed him. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home, LLC, 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe. A funeral liturgy will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Mary, Mother of Mercy Mausoleum at St. Vincent Cemetery. Interment will be at St. Vincent Cemetery.
