At Silk Road, our Lunch and Dinner menus are available for dine-in, delivery and take-out, and include a wide array of Asian cuisine, including your favorite traditional Chinese entrees, appetizers, soups, noodle and rice dishes and desserts. Prepared fresh daily by Master Chef Wu, we offer a variety of beef, chicken, pork, seafood and vegetarian options that are sure to satisfy any appetite. We are also pleased to offer a full-service bar, complete with beer, wine, sake and liquor to compliment your meal. All wines featured with our meals have been specifically selected for Silk Road by Bruce May, nationally-known wine critic and writer for Pittsburgh Magazine.
