Lower Valley Food Bank bingo planned April 25
Lower Valley Community Food Bank will host its annual spring bingo fundraiser April 25 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 1319 Low Grade Road, Springdale Township.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and bingo will start at 7 p.m. There will be double-your-winnings and dessert bingos, specials, sure tip tickets and a 50-50.
Admission is $25 and includes six cards for 10 regular games, snacks, bottled water and pop. Food will be sold. Bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank and receive an extra bingo card.

Cinco de Mayo Galaxy bingo to aid local fire companies
Apollo No. 3 and Bell Township volunteer fire departments will sponsor a Cinco de Mayo Galaxy bingo May 3 at Apollo No. 3 firehall, 707 N. Fifth St.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and games will start at 8 p.m. There will be black lights, minute-to-win-it games and instant bingos. Must be at least 18.

Purse bash planned by Highlands Gridiron Boosters
Highlands Gridiron Boosters will sponsor a purse bash from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Brackenridge American Legion, 845 First Ave.
Over 20 designer bags and two premier purses will be given away and there will be a pick-of-the-table, basket raffle and 50-50.
