Young Black Motivated Kings & Queens (YBMKQ) continues to exemplify what it means to do true community work.
Founder & CEO, Kahlil Darden is a graduate of Penn Hills and through his community center he is touching the lives of Penn Hills students as we speak.
As Summer comes to a close, YBMKQ reflects on the successful summer that was had as student had the opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends, and surrounded by role models that pour into shaping the lives of our young people.
The YBMKQ team understand the importance of investment and being a positive influence. They are highly trained to to understand the importance of impact that we they have on their students.
After enjoying swimming, Pirates games, Steelers training camp, amusement parks, and concluded summer festivities with YBMKQ Community Day- the community center is advising the community how they are here to support children during the school year.
