The Norwin Art League in Irwin is holding painting classes for beginning and advanced painters for children and adults.
Oil painting classes for beginners and advanced painters start from 6:30 to 9: 30 p.m. on Mondays, weather dependent. Classes for more advanced students will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. On Thursdays, a beginners class will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Fees are $18 per class for members and $25 for non-members. Canvasses can be bought for $7 and paint is $10.

Water color painting classes for beginning to experienced painters begins from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, weather dependent. Students will be able to purchase supplies at the art league.

A Fun with Art class for youngsters age 5 to 12 will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Feb. 9 and 23 and March 9 and 30.
Students need to bring their own brushes and parents can paint with their child.
Toddler classes are for children age 2½ -to-6 years old and classes will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Feb. 7, March 7 and 21 and April 4.
Those painters interested in registering for classes can visit the league’s website at norwinartleague.com and download a membership application. Membership is $30 for adult; $50 for family; and $15 for student.
