JEFFERSON HILLS, Pa.; February 19, 2024 -- On Saturday, March 16, the Thomas Jefferson High School Band is hosting its annual spaghetti dinner from 3-7 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Tickets are $15 and children five and under are free.

The popular dinner includes spaghetti, meatballs, a side salad, a dinner roll and a drink. Guests have the choice of dining in or taking a meal to go. The spaghetti dinner will take place just before TJ theater arts students' production of "Beauty and the Beast" at 7 p.m.

Guests can stop in for not only a delicious meal, but also the bake sale, 50/50, and a basket auction. The bake sale will consist of pies, cakes, cookies and other sweet treats baked by the parents of TJ Band. Some auction baskets available to win include: "All Around Town," "S'mores Basket," "Spa," "American Girl Doll," and more!

The spaghetti dinner is the second largest fundraiser each year for the Jaguar Marching Band, and all money raised goes to the band program to assist the student musicians. The proceeds help pay for equipment, band camp lunches, band snacks for football games and other necessities throughout the year.
