RESPECT THE VOTE Janna Ashton Greensburg, PA Former Air Force C-130 Loadmaster, believer in democracy, integrity, and the pursult of happiness for all The foundation of a free society is the right to vote. Our men and women in uniform are prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice to defend our sacred right. As they vote from faraway places, often in harm's way, we never question their right to participate by mail-in ballot. That should be true for ALL Pennsylvanians. In Pennsylvania, military votes mailed by Election Day are still counted even if they come in later - because they should be. That should be true for all citizens. This year, some politicians want us to stop counting legally-cast ballots because they think it will help them win. That's not the democracy our service men and women risk their lives to protect. This election season, we will unite across our differences, count every vote, and swear in a government of, by, and for the people. * * Paid for by BETTER PA * * RESPECT THE VOTE Janna Ashton Greensburg, PA Former Air Force C-130 Loadmaster, believer in democracy, integrity, and the pursult of happiness for all The foundation of a free society is the right to vote.
