Since then, the company has been passed down through the generations and has always been family- led. The company was incorporated as John Haughey & Sons, Inc. in 1988 by then-owners Jack and Jim Haughey. When Jack retired, he passed along the company to his sons John and Bill. John has since retired in 2020 and the company is now operated by John's children; John and Jen. John, along with his brother-in-law Jon, handle all of the residential and commercial plumbing, while Jen handles all of the scheduling and financial aspects of the business.
