3 injured in Ross crash
Three people were injured late Wednesday following a crash along McKnight Road in Ross near the area of a major road project.
Emergency crews were called to the 4600 block of McKnight Road during rush hour, just after 5:30 p.m., according to TribLive news partner WTAE.
The crash happened near a construction zone that includes a crossover in traffic patterns as part of a construction project.
No details were released on the extent of injuries.
Police charge 2 with stealing guns from Cranberry home
Two men face charges of burglary in connection with more than $50,000 worth of guns stolen from a home in Cranberry.
Mathew Snippert, 25, of Erie and Coby Andrzejewski, 23, of Waterford are scheduled for a preliminary hearing May 16. Charges include felony counts of burglary, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, along with misdemeanors.
Township police were called to a home in the 300 block of Plains Church Road on March 24, according to court dockets.
Police said a basement window was found smashed open. Among the stolen items were 19 rifles and shotguns, TribLive news partner WTAE.
Officials said eight stolen firearms were recovered from Andrzejewski’s home, while 11 were found inside Snippert’s home.
Both men admitted to the charges, according to police.
