The Washington County Prayer Breakfast will be held on Saturday, May 10, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Washington, Pa., continuing a beloved tradition established by Paul Powers, of prayer, worship, fellowship, and honor within the Washington County community. Doors open at 8 a.m., with breakfast and the official program beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Special recognition will be brought to the Washington County Common Pleas Court judges and magistrates for the important role they play in upholding the law and administering justice. At least 5 of our 7 judges will be in attendance and 8 of our 10 magistrates.

The morning will also include the presentation of the “Love God, Love Your Community” Award to Bill Burns, executive director of Neighbor 2 Neighbor. Neighbor 2 Neighbor lifts up thousands of local people each year with clothing, food and the Gospel.

This year’s event will feature Dr. Larry Goodrich as keynote speaker. Dr. Goodrich brings decades of experience in education, ministry, and leadership, having served as a professor, dean, superintendent, and international educator. His work has taken him from classrooms to pulpits across the globe, and his inspiring message will reflect on faith, service, and the power of prayer.

The event is hosted by Men of Honor Ministries, with proceeds supporting ongoing efforts of Neighbor 2 Neighbor.

To reserve seats ($35/individual ticket or $325/table of ten), visit Ticket Leap or mail checks to: Men of Honor Ministries, P.O. Box 1311, Washington, PA 15301.
