Robert Morris’ rebuilt roster continues to grow after coach Andy Toole received a commitment from 6-foot-7 guard Kaleb Brown on Tuesday.

Brown recently completed his redshirt junior season at Cal State Fullerton, where he averaged 6.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 17 games.

Brown previously spent three seasons in the SEC at Missouri where he played 27 games as a freshman, 11 as a sophomore and two in an injury-shortened junior season

Before that, he was the Class 5A state player of the year at Lee High School in Alabama, where he finished his high school career with 681 assists, good for fifth all-time in the state.

His brother, Kobe Brown, was a first round pick of the LA Clippers in the 2023 NBA Draft

Brown is the fifth transfer to commit to the Colonials this offseason, joining guards Ta’Zir Smith (Louisiana-Monroe), Albert Vargas (Southern Connecticut State) and Cam Kearney (Clarion) and forward Josh Hill (Arkansas State).

The Colonials are trying to replace nine players who entered the transfer portal after winning the Horizon League championship and playing in the NCAA Tournament. Three of those players have signed elsewhere — Amarion Dickerson (Southern Cal), Alvaro Folgueiras (Iowa) and D.J. Smith (Mercer).

Pitt’s Jorge Diaz Graham heads to OSU

Jorge Diaz Graham will join his twin brother in the West Coast Conference.

The former Pitt forward committed to Oregon State on Tuesday.

His brother Guillermo committed to San Francisco earlier this month.

Both towering, 6-foot-11 junior forwards from Canary Islands, Spain, had spent the past three seasons at Pitt.

Last season, Jorge averaged 3.1 points in 7.2 minutes per game as a reserve. He played in 29 games for the Panthers.

Oregon State finished 20-13 overall and 10-8 in the WCC last season.

In addition to the Diaz Graham twins, former Panthers Marlon Barnes Jr. (Evansville), Amsal Delalic (DePaul) and Jaland Lowe (Kentucky) have signed with other programs this offseason.

Former Duquesne forward commits

Eli Wilborn, who averaged 5.0 points and 3.5 rebounds for Duquesne last season, committed to play at James Madison.

The 6-foot-8 junior forward played just one season with the Dukes after transferring from Saint Francis. He has two years of eligibility remaining.

Former Dukes Tre Dinkins (George Washington), Halil “Chabi” Barre (Akron) and Kareem Rozier (Winthrop) also have made commitments after entering the transfer portal.

Forward John Hugley IV (Xavier, Oklahoma, Pitt) and guard Jimmie Williams (South Florida) have joined Duquesne after transferring this offseason.
