INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 18-16) only managed three hits, but one of them was a third-inning grand slam for DH DJ Stewart (.094) in a 4-3 win over Columbus (Guardians). It was the fourth homer of the year for Stewart, who went 1 for 3. 2B Nick Solak (.364) went 1 for 2 with a triple, two walks, a run scored and his fourth stolen base. 3B Tsung-Che Cheng (.194) went 1 for 3 with a single and his fourth stolen base. RHP Braxton Ashcraft (4.96) started and went four innings, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks. He fanned six. RHP Drake Fellows (3-0, 5.23) followed with three no-hit innings of relief. RHP Ryder Ryan (3.07) worked a perfect eighth and RHP Eddy Yean worked around three hits and a walk to throw a scoreless ninth for his third save.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 14-16) gave up a run in the eighth and another in the ninth in a 4-3 loss to Erie (Tigers). RHP Sean Sullivan (0.00) and LHP Cy Nielson (5.14) each threw two scoreless innings before RHP Fineas Del Bonta-Smith (0-1, 4.66) gave up two runs on four hits to take the loss. 1B Imanol Vargas (.143) went 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI. SS Mike Jarvis (.240) went 2 for 4 with his seventh stolen base and a run scored. LF Sammy Siani (.231) went 1 for 4 with a walk, run scored and RBI.
