• SS. Joachim and Anne Catholic Parish will a host a free presentation of living Stations of the Cross at 7:30 p.m. March 24 at St. Michael Church, 101 McClay Drive, Elizabeth. The St. Mark the Evangelist Youth Group Ministry from Cranberry Township will perform. Details:412-741-0663.
• Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 353 Bridgeport Road, Mt. Pleasant Township, will have a penitential service with Stations of the Cross at 6:30 p.m. March 22.
Easter events
• Union Presbyterian Church, 656 Route 380, Washington Township, will have an egg hunt from 11 a.m. to noon March 23 at the church. Bring a basket. Children will hear a story and make a craft project. Lunch will be served for children and their parents.
• A Breakfast with the Easter Bunny will be from 9 a.m. to noon March 23 at the Mt. Pleasant Veterans of Foreign Wars, 416 W. Main St. Buffet menu: pastries, pancakes, sausage, eggs, potatoes, juice, coffee and water, $10; 12 and younger, free. There will be photos with the Easter Bunny and treats will be distributed while supplies last.
• The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Circle K group will sponsor a community egg hunt at 1 p.m. March 24 on the campus Chambers Hall lawn, 150 Finoli Drive, Hempfield. Donations will be accepted. Children 12 and younger welcome. Reservations required: tinyurl.com/y7t8bz8p.
Fundraisers
• Pitt Fight at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg will host a professional wrestling fundraiser at 7 p.m. March 22 in the campus Chambers Hall gymnasium. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Cost: general admission, $10; Pitt students and children, $5; 3 and younger, free. There will be concessions and a basket raffle. Proceeds will be donated to Central Westmoreland Habitat for Humanity.
• Lincoln Heights Civic Association will have bingo from 1 to 3 p.m. March 7 at the center, 42 Millersdale Road, Hempfield. There will be 20 regular games and five quickies. Payout is 50/50. Free coffee. Cost: 25 cents for a three-card board; $1 for quickies.
Health

Senior citizen news
• Irwin Senior Activity Center, 310 Oak St., will have a meeting for all center volunteers at 11:30 a.m. March 21. A health and resource fair will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 23 at the center. There will be vendors and food will be sold. Public welcome. Details: 724-787-1760 or mumsest@aol.com.
