A man was shot while shoveling snow from a sidewalk in Philadelphia on Tuesday night. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. outside of a laundromat on the 400 block of West Allegheny Avenue in the city’s West Kensington section, Action News 6 ABC is reporting. According to reports, the 23-year-old man was shoveling snow when another man approached him and an argument broke out. The suspect pulled out a gun and fired at least eight shots, striking the 23-year-old in the right arm and in the right leg, reports indicate. The suspect, who police say was wearing dark-colored clothing and a mask, then ran away. When police got to the scene, they found the 23-year-old inside the laundromat. He was rushed to the hospital and is in stable condition. Police say the incident was caught on surveillance cameras, according to reports. No arrests have been made, and details have not been released on what may have sparked the shooting, reports indicate.
