Founded in 1993 by Robert Goldstrom Sr., 56 Mini Storage has been providing the surrounding communities with quality storage spaces for almost a quarter of a century. Starting as a single property in Lower Burrell, we were determined to continue our commitment of taking the stress out of storage, and quickly grew from one facility to two in 1995 when we opened our second location in Leechburg. Our goal has always been to make storing personal items as convenient as possible – so with this in mind, our third location in Sarver became operational in 2002. Today, we take pride in our three locations, overseen by our experienced staff. We are still a family business, with Barbara Goldstrom holding the title of company administrator, and Robert Goldstrom Jr. leading our operation as facility manager. The Goldstroms have lived in the area all their lives, and are actively involved in the neighboring communities. One particular point of pride by our staff is Robert’s leadership of the Allegheny Township Business Crime Watch as organization president. Just as we take the security of our patron’s belongings seriously, we also are invested in the safety of our local population as a whole! Additionally, we are long-standing members of the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association, which defines standards of excellence and laws among the self storage industry.
